Dear Parents/Guardians,
I hope this email finds you well.
In Scoil Mhuire Mount Sackville we are actively keeping fit for January. Our yard P.E. equipment tubs are proving hugely popular at break and lunch time with all classes. It is wonderful to see the pupils active and enjoying themselves with their friends each day.
Running sessions are taking place every Tuesday and Thursday morning from 8:50-9:10a.m. with Ms. Donohoe in the basketball yard or in the hall if mornings are wet/frosty.
The active flag committee are now getting ready for Feel Good Friday next Friday where classes will attempt the climb the heights skipping challenge. Each skip counts as one metre of a mountain climb. We are looking forward to climbing lots of mountains!
We hope to continue many of our active school flag activities throughout the year as we work together to achieve out Active School Flag.
